Leadership Forum & team building 2026
The 1st PPO-UAE Leadership Forum & Team Building, held on 29–30 August 2026 in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates, brought together PPO-UAE servant leaders for two meaningful days of reflection, learning, collaboration, and fellowship.
More than a team-building activity, the gathering provided an opportunity to strengthen relationships, exchange leadership insights, align our shared goals, and reaffirm our commitment to the mission and vision of PPO-UAE.
At the heart of the gathering was a simple but powerful reminder: leadership is not only about leading others, but about serving, inspiring, collaborating, and moving forward together.
Through meaningful conversations and shared experiences, we strengthened the values that make our organization stronger; servant leadership, teamwork, unity, professional excellence, and commitment to the Filipino professional community.
Our sincere appreciation to all the leadership team, and everyone who actively participated and contributed to making this first Leadership Forum a meaningful and memorable success.
